Privacy Policy
Version 1.3 — 15 September 2026 · Harshi AI Labs OPC Private Limited
1. The short version
Privacy-conservative by design. This site currently collects no personal data at all — there are no signup forms, no analytics, no tracking cookies, and no third-party requests. When we add features that collect data, this policy will be updated and re-published before they go live. We do not sell or share personal data, and we do not intend to ever.
2. What we collect today: nothing
As of this version, visiting this site does not ask you for — or store — your name, email, location, device details, or any other personal data. The page makes no requests to any third party (no analytics, no ad or tracking services). We may collect only basic server logs (e.g. the technical connection data your browser sends) for security and abuse prevention, which we do not use to identify you and delete after a short retention window.
3. What we will collect, when we add it
When a feature goes live, the data it collects is listed here first — never behind the feature. Planned, at time of writing:
- Affiliate program accounts. When affiliate signups open, we store your email, display name, and (to pay you) bank account details plus KYC (PAN, GSTIN where applicable). Full data practices for affiliates are in section 6 below and in the Terms of Service.
Each product (when it gets its own website) publishes its own privacy policy on its own site, and we will link to those here.
4. Legal basis
Where the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP) applies, we process personal data on the consent basis — the specific purpose is stated at the point of collection — or where processing is necessary for our legitimate interests (e.g. security logs, debt collection and legal compliance). We do not rely on "legitimate interests" anywhere consent is the appropriate basis.
5. Your rights (DPDP Act 2023)
- Access & copy. You may request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
- Correction. You may ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.
- Erase. You may ask us to erase your data, subject to legal holds (e.g. tax and financial records we are required to keep).
- Withdraw consent. You may withdraw consent at any time, as easily as you gave it; this does not affect processing done before withdrawal.
- Grievances. If you believe we have mishandled your data, escalate to the Data Protection Board of India under the DPDP Rules, after first giving us a chance to respond.
All requests go to support@harshiailabs.com. We respond within the period the law requires.
6. Affiliate program data specifics
- Bank details and PAN are stored field-encrypted, used only to process payouts and meet tax-compliance duties, and are never used for anything else.
- Retention. We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purpose we collected it for, or as long as the law requires (e.g. tax records for affiliates), whichever is longer. When both expire, we delete it and log the deletion in our append-only audit record.
- Records. Program events are recorded in an append-only, hash-chained audit log; you may request your own records via support@harshiailabs.com.
7. Security
Access to personal data is limited to the two people who run the Lab. Sensitive fields (bank details, PAN) are stored field-encrypted; every read of sensitive data is logged. We have no breach-response vendor; in the unlikely event of a breach, we will notify you and the Data Protection Board as required.
8. Children
This site is not directed at children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will erase it.
9. Grievance redressal
How to submit a request or complaint: email support@harshiailabs.com with the subject "Grievance" and (a) your email address as it appears in our records, (b) a description of your request or grievance, and (c) any information needed to verify your identity. We respond within 90 days; data-principal rights requests under Section 5 are handled through this same channel.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you may escalate to the Data Protection Board of India (the appellate authority under the DPDP Act 2023) as per its procedures. You may also nominate a person to exercise your rights on your behalf.
10. Changes to this policy
We will update this page and bump the version date before any new data collection ships. Material changes will be called out on the site when they happen.
